smooth patch ⋅ helps your game run smoother.
catalog search ⋅ adds a search feature to build/buy mode.
'sethour' cheat ⋅ allows you to change the in game time by typing a cheat in the cheat bar.
no intro ⋅ skips the intro of the game when loading.
no build sparkles ⋅ removes the sparkles that appear when building walls.
visual mods ━
hd terrain pack ⋅ improves the look of terrain (I use the 2k textures).
clean ui ⋅ recolours the ui to a clean, white one.
outdoor lighting tweaks ⋅ realistically improves outdoor lighting (I use balanced lighting + dynamic shadows).
subtle build grid ⋅ lower opacity build mode grid that only shows up on active level.

careers (+ self employed addon) ⋅ allows you to add custom careers into the game and adds a series of self employed careers.
debug enabler ⋅ exposes a lot of helpful ea debug commands - read more here.
error trap ⋅ catches and corrects data corruption errors in your save.
master controller (+ cheats and integration addons) ⋅ allows you to control just about anything in your game - highly recommend reading through the page itself before installing.
overwatch ⋅ performs a periodic clean up system for correcting errors and eliminating junk that accumulates over a regular play session.

deshined welcome mat ⋅ fixes the awful shine on the base game half-circle welcome mat.
tileable items shader fix ⋅ light inconsistency fix for tileable items.
curtain height adjustment ⋅ allows you to adjust the height of curtains by clicking and dragging.
split level lighting fix ⋅ fixes missing split level lighting.
late night camera fix ⋅ fixes the super fast tab mode camera on higher floors.

florentine (small family home).
a much smaller house than the last one I built, but small family homes have always been really fun to build for me. this house has a master bedroom and a second bedroom decorated for a teen, but you can obviously change that to fit your own sims needs. it also has a decorated backyard which is pretty rare for me (I hate doing backyards) and is honestly just a pretty cute house overall, I hope you like it too!

it's been a year since I built anything in the sims, and I wanted to do something easier so I could refamiliarise myself with it. looked at some old kiwisimming speed builds, came across this house and decided to rebuild it and make it better. she gave me full permission to do so, don't worry! (get it lol the joke is that she is me)

redwood family bungalow.
misleading name because there’s no red wood on the exterior of this house (it is brick and siding) and I also don’t actually know what a bungalow is, but I’m really bad at naming houses and this is what popped into my head. anyway! this is a cute little one storey home inspired by the house of someone I was friends with in high school. kind of different shape wise to anything I’ve built before, but I think it looks neat and hopefully you do too!
